Rental Details

All renters will be required to provide:
Certificate of Liability Insurance
The lessee shall provide a certificate of commercial general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 Bodily Injury and Property Damage, combined each occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate with Black Mountain Dance Foundation, its elected and appointed boards, employees, and volunteers.
Security Deposit of $125
Key Deposit of $25
Signed Studio Rental Agreement
Initial agreement will be provided by Southern California Ballet based on terms discussed between Southern California Ballet and Lessor
